Breast Augmentation Revision - 218: This 39 year old female had two previous breast augmentations. She presented to our office with a leaking and malpositioned right saline implant. She desired to change to silicone implants and increase implant size slightly. Monmouth county plastic surgeon Dr. Zachary Borab performed a revision breast augmentation where he removed both implants and tightened the right implant pocket (capsulorraphy) and replaced them with 495cc extra full profile soft touch silicone implants to correct her leaking implant and give her the breast aesthetics she desired.
