Face Lift - 202: This 58-year-old patient was concerned about loose skin on her face, neck, and eyelids following weight loss, as well as volume loss in her face. She particularly disliked the sagging skin on her neck, which made her feel older than she actually is. Dr.Borab performed a facelift and neck lift to tighten the skin and redefine her neck, along with facial fat grafting to restore lost volume a produce a much younger looking version of herself.
