Rhinoplasty - 229: This 30 year old patient previously experienced an unfortunate trauma and underwent a septoplasty to repair his deviated septum. While this is sometimes effective at improving one’s breathing, this patient wanted to straighten his nose, increase tip projection, and slightly lift the droopy tip of the nose. New Jersey based aesthetic plastic surgeon Dr. Borab performed an open rhinoplasty with rib graft to address these concerns, and at the same time, he performed buccal fat removal to contour the patient’s cheeks.
