Michael Nagy MD, FACS in Wall Township, NJ is proud to offer our patients a variety of professional peels to help patients get the beautiful, glowing skin they desire. Chemical peels use a chemical solution to help smooth and improve the texture of your skin by removing the outermost, damaged layers. A chemical peel is one of the most least invasive ways to improve skin appearance. Treatment typically takes about 30 minutes, and is done right in the office. Though most peels are applied to the face, they can also be applied to the hands and neck. Peels come in different strengths, and our clinical skin care specialist will consult with you as to what strength peel will best address your skin needs. Our team will help customize a treatment to achieve your skincare goals and you can feel confident knowing that we will do everything possible to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Nagy is the best at what he does! He has a wonderful bedside manner and was extremely awesome with all of my questions. HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A PEEL?
Any procedures and products that may increase skin sensitivity should be avoided before your peel treatment. Ask your physician or skin care specialist for details.
HOW CAN I PROTECT MY SKIN POST PEEL?
Since new skin is more susceptible to sunburn, extra precautions should be taken to limit sun exposure for at least one week after the peel. Using a broad spectrum sunscreen product with an SPF 30 or higher is recommended.
CAN PREGNANT OR LACTATING WOMEN RECEIVE A SKINMEDICA® PEEL?
SkinMedica® peels should not be administered to pregnant or lactating women.
